Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Itino account and the data associated with it, for the Itino Android app (package name com.ddn.itino).

How to request deletion

Send an email to dandan.developers@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Google Sign-In account, with the subject line "Delete my Itino account". We use this to confirm the request comes from the account owner. We will process your request and confirm by email once it's complete, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identifiers.
• Your trips and everything in them: destinations, itinerary items, notes, packing and accommodation details, and expenses.
• Your wishlist places and saved preferences.
• Any AI trip-planning drafts and history tied to your account.

What we may retain, and for how long

We may keep a limited record for a short period after deletion where we're legally required to, or where it's necessary to prevent fraud or abuse — for example transaction or security logs. Diagnostic and crash logs that don't identify you personally may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy, then discarded. We do not retain your trip content or account profile beyond what's needed to complete the deletion.

Deleting individual trips instead

If you just want to remove specific trips without deleting your whole account, you can do that directly in the app — open the trip and delete it. This page is only for deleting your account and all data tied to it.
